Harvey and Tracy are an energetic young couple from England. Harvey gained Yacht Master qualifications at 18, and has been working in the industry with enthusiasm and enjoyment ever since.
He started his career as first mate on a 75ft sailing yacht, spending ten months circumnavigating the globe. Since then he has crossed the Atlantic seven times, always ending up in the Caribbean.
In 2004, Tracy joined him on the deliveries, and took over the role of catering for the crew. She has since taken a series of intensive cookery courses based in France and Spain, developed specifically for the charter yacht industry.
